Amazing calling software for everyday use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like everything about Skype, not just work-related efficiency, but also how amazing of a software it is for everyday use. Skype is a wonderful way for me to keep in touch with my relatives back home.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the connection is a little unreliable. But most of the time I'm sure it is probably the internet provider's fault. I guess Skype is also a little light on features, lacking call return, call blocking, and most important, 911 ability.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work in a development team and each day, we communicate through Skype as it is just a great, instant, way of communicating at a place of work.
