What are the best aspects of this product?

Skype is really easy to use and helpful in collaborating with anyone in the world. Skype can be installed on any OS including the latest versions of Windows, Linux and Mac OS. It also provides a virtual online phone number for some additional cost, as well as providing call out services to call any phone worldwide.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When there are multiple people on the Skype conference, it does not work very well and it disconnects sometimes on slow connections.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Skype to connect with my clients. Most of my clients use Skype often as well and it helps communicating with them when needed.
