Easy and simple tool for high quality video calls

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how easy and simple Skype is, not to mention its high quality video and audio calling. It is helpful since not anyone can afford those high-costing international calls, especially us students.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe some calls cutting and low video quality experienced, but generally nothing noteworthy to point out here.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I actually use Skype personally, not as a company. But even so, you can imagine yourself as a company owner using it for important work-related communications.
