There is a record of the chat, the fee of using the Skype call phone number is cheap, and it allows you to screen-share when doing the conference. You can use it on your desktop or on mobile device. You can easily add contacts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need video recording feature on Skype, I cannot record a video while the conference is going on.
