Great tool for making international calls

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its simplicity and the ability to connect with people who are located around the world. The video group chat is great option as well, I often make conference calls via Skype while on the go and it is great tool to speak with everyone in real time. The quality of the call is great, it allows you to send video messages, it provides unlimited data plan.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that sometimes the calls drop, this is issue in 3rd world countries, and the mobile app uses huge amount of RAM, so they could improve the tool. When I don’t use the app I turn off so I can spare the RAM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the greatest benefits we have experienced with Skype are the international calls, we are able to make a call with people from Chine without paying anything.
