PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Aside from its free voice & video calls, I like Skype's GUI and other functions. I was able to communicate effectively with my students as well as pursue teaching. I also like its text messaging and phone calling features where I could easily contact my loved ones. Screenshare, video conferencing and file sharing features are also very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I experienced troubles like sudden call drops and difficulty finding or adding users. Software updates take a very long time or nothing seems to change.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I usually conduct online lessons with my students and have online team meetings with my co-workers and bosses. Without Skype, I won't be able to provide quality lessons and other services to my clients.
