Keeping connections across platforms and boundaries

What are the best aspects of this product?

Skype is very helpful in keeping connected to supporters and family internationally. I love that it is cross platform and that it works very well most of the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times the connection can get bad which makes it awkward and difficult to communicate. Sometimes the screen will freeze or it will become choppy. Often when it gets choppy or lagging, everyone starts talking over one another and it gets confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My wife and I keep in contact with people that are supporting us financially from the US to Japan. It has been really helpful in maintaining long distance relationships with people.
