PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that you can leave offline messages and have conference calls with all users. It's effective, useful, and I would highly recommend this in the workplace! It allowed us to update each other on tasks, ongoing work, and progress updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think Skype can look a little bit prettier on the UI design. Sometimes I'll miss a call and I won't even know that I missed that call. Also don't like that you get random adds from people you don't know. A smarter "search" tool would also be to nice for finding friends, family, co-workers, or partners.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want to keep an open line of communication with clients overseas. They tend to use Skype, so we use it as well in the office.
