What are the best aspects of this product?
I started using Skype for my online teaching job, I really like how this software works. I really like its GUI and its functions. It provides free voice and video calls. I can communicate easily with my students and to help them for the subject. Also, I’m using it for personal purposes like staying in touch with my family and friends. I like that there is no limit for the conversations and I can chat with them as long as I want without paying a single dollar. In addition, it provides great text messaging and phone calling features, this is great because we can easily make online meetings, screen-share, video conference and to share files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes there are sudden call drops and I cannot easily add or find users. Also, when it comes to updates the system takes very long time and it seems like nothing has changed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool helps me to conduct online lessons with my students and to perform online meetings with my team members and bosses. To be honest, I cannot really work my job without Skype because it helps me to provide high-quality lessons and great service to my clients and students.
