What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can make high-quality video calls to a group or to speak with my friends. Skype is very easy to learn and to use, it allows you to add members and to conduct high-quality meetings. You can share links, videos and docs, there is even history chat and it’s always accessible even when the person is offline.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experienced, sometimes the quality of the call is bad and I have difficulties to hear the other person.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Skype on a daily basis, for daily meetings, group meetings, and group chats. It helps us to stay in touch with other team members, to refer past conversations for future references, to share screens and to demonstrate your ideas to others. You can create groups so you can make announcements to the team and every conversation is recorded as well. The Skype account helps me to make international calls and to stay in touch with my team and colleagues and even with my friends.
