What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Skype to keep in touch with friends and others long distance. I also use it as a tech support tool for when people are at a distance and i can't exactly reach their PC. The product is designed relatively well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Skype can be/is a resource hog. It uses massive amounts of CPU and RAM while in a video call. If they could fix this, it would be a perfect product.

Business at a distance, providing support to users at a distance while keeping them satisfied as I earn as well.
