Wonderful communication tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Skype for personal purposes, I like that I can be in constant touch with my parents, and they can always call me or send me messages. I’m using it to connect with my friends and family from anywhere, and I haven’t experienced some major issues when using it. I’m extremely satisfied with the calling prices and I’m using Skype more than my cell phone company. This is great tool when it comes to sharing files, pictures and documents, I’m able to search through the conversations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could offer free call for up to an hour per month between Canada and US or other country. I don’t like that they don’t have some special offers

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve any kind of issue when it comes to communication with international clients. It allows us to make teleconference with our team and work on our plans and events together. We can easily work together in real time and share things with each others.
