What are the best aspects of this product?
Slack is easy to use and available on mobile phones too. It offers a great method to communicate with team members and share files. You can simply send files back and forth, and these files remain in the chat sidebar which makes it easy to access them whenever you need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No major drawbacks to point out. The only minor glitch is when you click on an image in Slack it opens full screen which can be a little bit annoying.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Slack to communicate with our remote teams based in different countries. We can view when users are online and chat with them anytime to remain connected.
