The ease with which you can stay connected with the team and have clarity on responsibilities and accountability.

The tool is highly customizable with custom fields. I would recommend talking with the team before you setup the system. It really helped us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Have been looking forward to Jotform integration. Hope they come up with the same soon.
