What are the best aspects of this product?

The whole Smartling team has been beside us every step of the way - from setting up the GDN, translating our content, to fixing minor issues we encountered. They ensure that the translations are high quality. I love their cheerfulness and professionalism.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to log into the system more frequently to monitor untranslated content changes. It would be nice if they provide an automated reminder or notification for this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us translate our website content into Spanish. The best thing, we're able to accomplish that in just six weeks! It is amazing how fast we can expand our reach.
