What are the best aspects of this product?

The standout feature for us is the product's automation capability because our translation workflow has been significantly streamlined thanks to that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Smartling does not support React Native yet which is very unfortunate for us because it means that we can't utilize some of its advanced features like dynamic amends and visual context. The good news, however, is that their team have told us that they're working on providing that support. They're working with us also for that project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartling has eradicated our need for manual and tedious workflow in translating our app into multiple languages. Today, we are automatically provided with new strings of translation whenever they're created. We are spared from a lot of errors and wasted time, thanks to this.
