An amazing translation management program

What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is so intuitive that it makes the job of translating content throughout our projects and teams a lot easier. Their service team is also doing a great translation job for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did run into some issues regarding integration and their API. However, their customer service prioritized our issues and got them resolved in no time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to focus on our core business because Smartling lets us manage our translation tasks efficiently. I'm confident that we wouldn't have grown internationally as big as we are today without this program's help.
