Excellent tool for managing translations

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its interface is intuitive so we never had any difficulty translating content across projects and teams. The translation is reliable and accurate, kudos to the Smartling’s language services team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did encountered problems with the solution’s integrations and API in the past. But everything was also fixed in no time. Smartling team is very responsive and prioritize their end user’s concerns all the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Smartling taking care of our translation process, we are able to concentrate on giving our customers better service and growing our company. It has been a big help in expanding our business internationally. We won’t be able to accomplish that quickly without Smartling’s assistance.
