It allows my colleagues and I to work on translation projects simultaneously and effectively

What are the best aspects of this product?

It lets me collaborate with our project assigners efficiently. Also, this tool has helped me organized my translation tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool only allows you to open one project at a time, making it quite hard to work on multiple projects simultaneously. It would be nice and really helpful if the projects can be opened in separate tabs when you click the “View Project”. This way, we do not have to go back to the tool’s “Projects Dashboard” just to see another project. Not a deal breaker though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to automatically translate our U.S. English content to French and the result is great. It is able to keep the original context of the text no matter how complex it is. So reviewing and editing the translated text becomes easier and less time-consuming.
