What are the best aspects of this product?
We are able to leverage our content translations through translation memory among our various projects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the user interface has learning curve. But I have heard that they will release a new UI with simpler design and is easier to use.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to generate better, faster translations but with less expenses. No need to hire a number of expert translators. We only have a few whose job is to review and edit the translated texts.
