What are the best aspects of this product?

The solution is very sophisticated, constantly updated, and got great and knowledgeable translators. I really like the people behind this solution. They are awesome and one chat away whenever we encounter problems with the system or just need some answers. They always have answer to our queries and solutions to our issues. And they don't make us wait.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some amazing functionalities are not always signposted. We are able to find some incredible features by trial and error. Would be definitely helpful if they would be more transparent so we, users, would be able to maximize the value of the product immediately with ease. Also, some of the processes are quite confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to complete translation projects efficiently and quickly. And the quality of the translation has significantly improved. Definitely better than our previous translation tool.
