What are the best aspects of this product?

Top-notch customer support. Their team is really knowledgeable in this field, can answer all our questions effectively, and has guided us in making important decision. Also, they are easy to reach whenever a need for assistance arises. The tool works great btw.

The availability of the Smartling support team does not always align with our schedules. So it's a big problem when we need to get something done or an issue arise outside their working hours.
