PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to consolidate our translations in one solution. But I think the top perk of using this solution is the speed of translation. We're now able to complete our translation projects faster than before. I also like the Platinum support. It has been very helpful to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you use a third-party LSP, it's quite hard to get feedback across to translators.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All translations are stored in one platform, making it easier to access them. Translating content is not an easy job, well at least when you do it manually. But with this tool, this job became a breeze. The company has now acknowledged the value of translations as well as the effort and time it takes to do them.
