Fantastic tool for finding potential applicants because it helps us spot them in our local place, then helps us guide them towards ideal job vacancies we have. Say, it helps us create job listing that we post on various boards. And we can keep track of applicants for better management throughout the hiring process. What’s more, the tool has a free version as well, although we’ve grabbed the paid one.

This hiring platform has no flaws for me because it works great for our processes. You only need to understand its usage, so you can make the most out of it.
