What are the best aspects of this product?

It lets me do a lot of hiring processes in one platform, especially that it is easy to configure. It also syncs well with different systems and tools, such as video interviewing and most job boards. It allows me to generate different templates as well, such as for offer letters and rejection letters. Thus, I seamlessly function all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has tons of options and features that I don’t use. They may be valuable for other companies, but they somehow make the UI quite confusing for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Perfect for our medium-sized organization, since it has efficiently solidified our processes in big ways. It has brought wonderful effects to our hiring and recruitment staff, which is evident in their improving performance. It is highly automated that it is easy to learn for our staff without making training necessary. Thus, it works well in the fast-pace processes we have.
