What are the best aspects of this product?
We look forward to more terrific features it promises to launch. That includes the mobile app, SMS communication channel, and scheduler among other great stuff.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It cannot search an applicant through their mobile numbers, doesn’t alert when an interview is canceled by the hiring staff, and applicants cannot notify recruiters when they cancel such appointment too. Thus, they cannot inform me through the tool when they’ll be late, they’re already coming, they want to cancel, or if they want to postpone, which is important since I’m not always on my office PC. It doesn’t let me create different types of interview questions too, such as fill in the blanks and multiple choice. Moreover, it doesn’t combine two profiles together especially when they both belong to one person.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps in making scheduling processes more efficient, especially that applicants can set their schedule if I’m not around. It stores all applicant details too, including the job position they want to grab.
