What are the best aspects of this product?

I trust its storage for keeping all recruitment documents, and it is easy to scour through tons of applicants and job data because of advanced search. Communication is super smooth as well since it lets me talk with recruitment staff without any hassle. I can also review conversation history, which is essential for our job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, it has functional features, but it cannot easily cope with the ever-changing recruitment industry. Say, it doesn’t feature a notify button, meaning we need to manually do follow-ups to applicants. This is a problem for the approval process, which is critical because any errors can affect things negatively. This platform needs the right big updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for information sharing and communication. It is helpful for me since it records all conversations I make, and our staff loves its accessibility and fabulous look. This has largely improved our connection with the applicant too. It has really brought a great user experience to our recruitment personnel and applicants.
