What are the best aspects of this product?

It carries all the essential features needed for a recruitment process. It helps us with scouting, background checking, interviewing and providing reviews among other processes. It conveniently keeps all info of an applicant in his or her profile, so it is easy to make follow-ups as well. Moreover, it lets our team seamlessly work together because of the Hiring Team feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can’t easily edit job offer letters because the platform doesn’t feature an online document editor. It also has a clunky report feature, thus we are pushed to use a third-party reporting tool. We hope the developers would hear our comments about improving these points.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has made our old and problematic recruitment tool obsolete. The SmartRecruiters platform helps us reap tons of great results. This is especially because our recruitment staff works seamlessly along with it.
