What are the best aspects of this product?

Provides some great functional features which aren't available in most of the other sofwares.
Customer Support is awesome.
Price is decent

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its quite complicated, in order to perform simplest of tasks you sometimes need to go through some tutorial.
