What are the best aspects of this product?

SmartSheet is simple tool with intuitive design that it makes the whole work more fun and productive. This tool combines every best aspect of Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas with options to share collaborative parts of Google Spreadsheets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This current version doesn’t support track duration in hours, I’m trying to enter a fraction like 5days=4 hours but this tool plans as completed day. Also, the resource leveling is not available in the basic version. This tool cannot be used as replacement for Microsoft Project, but if you need team-based tool then it will meet your needs.
