Great and very helpful product

What are the best aspects of this product?

Smartsheet provides you with great features, and you can share your projects, tasks and ideas with everyone. It’s definitely better than Excel, because it is web-based and it is updated automatically and online. We are allowed to share and keep track of project progress, CRM, Gantt charts, and other tasks with everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have nothing to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartsheet helped us to improve the communication and collaboration between our team and other users, because everyone can be involved into the project. They receive auto-alerts when the deadline is getting close, they have an access of everyone’s progress and they can even leave notes directly on the page. Thus, saves us a lot of time because we don’t have to send emails and make phone calls to keep track of their progress and getting reports.
