What are the best aspects of this product?

Smartsheet gives me the ability to view the basic high-level outline of a project to the most detailed outline of the same project, this is because I can create hierarchical organization in a spreadsheet. I can easily move rows up and down and the other sub rows come along. Because it is cloud based program, I can review my projects and data from any computer or device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t format words or phrases in a cell, also there is not option for numbering or bullets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartsheet helps us to visualize the organization and structure of the project so we can change or implement suggestions.
