Great tool for accomplishing our goals

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Smartsheet you are able to share and assign tasks to others. As a manager you have great view of every employee and their tasks and progress, you can keep everyone on the team accountable. I love the due date option whenever we create some events. Also, the app provides you with notifications when something is added or changed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me, it is a little complex to use, looks like excel but there are lot of different functions. It would be great if there are basic lessons how to search.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app helps us to see what we need to accomplish, and to look tasks and projects for the next year, also it provides us with a full image of completed tasks in case there is a need to adjust them for the next time. This platform, helps us to be more task oriented.
