What are the best aspects of this product?

Smartsheet helps me to organize my work and it is great tool to communicate with my team and taking care of all updates and project progresses. Because our work is to manage events across the US and Canada, this platform helps us to track all our payments, deliverables and commitments. It’s great tool because allows us to keep track of the projects, tasks and to share updates with my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could implement more options when it comes to formatting the smart sheets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartsheets allows me to keep track of events, deadlines and my budget as well. I can share the information with my whole team and even with others outside my team in case they need to see the given information. Great tool for managing the events and making updates.
