What are the best aspects of this product?

My employees are allowed to have an access to Smartsheet and they can know where the project is. We don’t need to email/call our executives, because they can have an easy access to the project and the employees can work on it quickly. Also, they are allowed to see other working projects and what other members are doing and if they are ready for the next task. My employees can access the program from anywhere, because this product is web-based. Also, there is a free-version for those who don’t need tuning requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you are creator of the sheet be sure you set up the access levels, otherwise it will block other employees for making necessary changes or updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartsheet is safe and offers multi-person capabilities and cloud-storage. Users are allowed to open and work on the same project and sheet at once. This product offers you event planning and keeping track of sponsorships and pledges, and this can be done between different departments.
