What are the best aspects of this product?

The great thing about Smartsheet is that your whole team can work on the same sheet. They can change, update or edit the sheet and the notifications are spread immediately. You don’t need to download a software on your computer, because the platform is web-based. Also, admins are allowed to add new users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they can include more “options” similar to ones from Excel, for example graphing. Also they could make a downloadable software that would sync with this online version, because any disruption with internet may affect the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Smartsheet allows different offices and users to update one sheet in real time. And this is wonderful thing, because we have “meter calibration” and other users and employees are allowed to update the equipment.
