What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how easily I can collaborate with other members that are inside and outside of the company. I don’t have to email others or to send them docs, because this tool allows easy sharing features so we can share one sheet at a time, we can easily add or remove users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To speak the truth, SS doesn’t offer high-quality dashboard report, it would be great if I could share with the management and to provide them with the status of all projects and even members who are assigned to every project. It would be great when the status updates are automatically feed into the dashboard.
