Smartsheet allows us to work on our tasks effectively, and improves the interaction between team members

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that my whole team can have an access to all the tasks that need to be completed, smartsheet allows us to attach documents instead of emailing them. This app keeps our priority first, and we are able to view all the tasks and which deadlines are close. It is great app, because we can have discussions between my team members, and updates can be attached to each task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if there was a notification when a deadline is getting close. Yes, the color of the text is changing but I need to check it every day otherwise I could miss it. Also, I love to see specific notification when someone made a change, I would like to see what they've changed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love the ability to put almost everything on Smartsheet. The communication between team members is highly improved, and we don’t even have to spend time to meet face to face. Also, it keeps you on top of all tasks.
