What are the best aspects of this product?

SmartSheet provides full set of tools for PM and it is really useful tool even for complex development projects. Thanks to its sharing and discussions features I’m able to keep great communication with all my team members and key resources during the project. With Conditional Formatting you’ll get Customized WBS and Update Requests so you can stay on top of all delayed tasks and resources.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no feature for editing multiple lines, I really need this feature because it is time consuming when I have to update each task individually. The other important feature that it lacks is an option for creating basic workflow rules, it would be great if they could add this feature within Conditional Formatting or Functions tools.
