The best Project Management tool with amazing Dashboard

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect for Smartsheet is the Automated workflow and the Dashboard which allows you to reduce a lot of manual work, Smartsheet dashboard can have multiple projects which allows you to identify any RedFlags in the project progress

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Smartsheet sometimes hangs with high-size attachments and big data which takes much time in loading, so it needs to be faster

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to download multiple rows attachments and each attachment to be in separate folder with the row number, this will save much time and make life easier

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used Smartsheet Spreadsheets and the Ticketing tool in generating new tickets for a specific project and add the automated workflow for these tickets by sending automated emails and notifications when the tickets are done and completed, while we have a Dashboard for this project to monitor the progress of the project
