Very useful and intuitive tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ability to publish my sheets via hyperlink as” read only” file and use these reports for every updated information. When I update information it’s visible to other users immediately. Also, in case I need excel sheet I can download the information quickly. In addition, Smartsheet provides you with many other features such as: drag and drop (you can move rows around quickly), formatting feature is great, other users are allowed to edit the documents, enter data and add attachments. Also, there is a feature that helps you to organize your sheets by group or set of users. Mobile app and visibility is perfect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would love to see a demo of how to use SmartSheet at an enterprise level. Also, it would be great if they can implement more complex calculations within the software, like in Excel.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to SmartSheet I know that the updated project plans, risks and issues are received by my team, all they need to do is to click on the link and the information is there. This software doesn’t require a user license to read the document and information.
