Smartsheet is very flexible product, it provides you with many features for creating and managing projects, tasks and checklists. You can always customize, update and change the information as you wish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult for me to change the color of the task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a platform that will provide us with marketing programs calendars. Also, Smartsheet allows us to set deadline for our tasks, to assign tasks, we are able to set reminders and updating the information. It is a great tool for keeping everyone on task and to share the information and ideas with your team.
