What are the best aspects of this product?

Smartsheet is great project management app and it is better than other available tools in the market. Once you learn how to use this tool you could use all its features so you can make your work fun. I personally like its web forms option because it’s much easier for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that I don’t like about this software but the biggest dislike goes to lack of autosave features, there are none! Also, they could re-design the left-screen menu so they could make it more intuitive.
