What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been loving this tool so far! I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and everything has gone on smoothly. Launching it on the site was very easy to do. We have even added our own touch to the chatbox by changing its color, adding our logo, and making a few tweaks to the overall aesthetics of the window. It works really well with some of the applications we use too. I can’t tell you just how awesome this solution is. It can even let your customers rate the chat after so you can continually improve your chat support service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Smartsupp’s mobile version works smoothly on Android. However, the notifications on IOS could use some improvement. The number of messages you need to address doesn’t show up on the badge app icon. It’s not a major issue, but I do hope that they look into this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve seen a slight uptick in our conversion rates, thanks to Smartsupp. More importantly, our mailboxes are much less populated with the same questions now that our reps can directly address those questions via chat.
