PROS: I have been loving this tool so far! I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and everything has gone on smoothly. Launching it on the site was very easy to do. We have even added our own touch to the chatbox by changing its color, adding our logo, and making a few tweaks to the overall aesthetics of the window. It works really well with some of the applications we use too. I can’t tell you just how awesome this solution is. It can even let your customers rate the chat after so you can continually improve your chat support service.

CONS: Smartsupp’s mobile version works smoothly on Android. However, the notifications on IOS could use some improvement. The number of messages you need to address doesn’t show up on the badge app icon. It’s not a major issue, but I do hope that they look into this.

PROS: I’ve been able to answer questions from potential clients even as I am on the go, thanks to Smartsupp’s mobile version. It has been helpful in helping drive sales as well as maintaining support to my pool of clients.

CONS: It’s a free solution, so it’s only as good as the other options. One thing I’d probably be willing to pay for, however, is for them to allow canned responses.

PROS: This is an essential tool if you want to build a relationship with your existing customers and a good impression on potential customers. It can easily be accessed by any of our team so we can immediately respond to their inquiries.

CONS: The free features are working out great but I hope they would add more space for automated phrases.

PROS: Setting up the Smartsupp is a breeze! We can also easily customize the chat windows to fit our branding. The program also has free modules that users might find useful regardless of the eCommerce platform they are using.

CONS: The iOS version of this app can still be improved in terms of notifications. The banner notification disappears quickly and the option to activate the badge notifs isn't working.

PROS: I find Smartsupp to be an easy-to-navigate and user-friendly live chat tool. Even our customers share the same sentiments.

CONS: We have used several live chat applications over the years and Smartsupp is the one we decided to stick with. So far, there is nothing we do not like about it.
