What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been able to answer questions from potential clients even as I am on the go, thanks to Smartsupp’s mobile version. It has been helpful in helping drive sales as well as maintaining support to my pool of clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a free solution, so it’s only as good as the other options. One thing I’d probably be willing to pay for, however, is for them to allow canned responses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has even helped me track a heat map of my clients’ behavior on my site. Now I know which pages I need to develop, and which ones to maintain.
