What are the best aspects of this product?
Customer service is fast and satisfactory. The service is personable and has definitely helped out our Marketing team and improved our marketing results. We have tried a different chat service and experienced a few annoying features. Some chat services are relentless in trying to remind you that there is a chatbox. Smith is subtle in its approach which we appreciate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had 1 small suggestion and we told Smith.ai. The CEO listened and is implementing our idea and working towards making this service even better. Even if there is a problem, I am positive that Smith.ai will work towards improving it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe in the future, we would like to test out your receptionist feature. We love the chatbox. We have used other chat services and we reverted back to smith.ai. Maybe a more colorful dashboard?
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were missing a lot of prospective clients who came to our websites. We realized that some people just do not want to call right away. Giving prospective clients a chat option really helps grow our business.
