What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve used Smith.ai for over two years now and absolutely love them. They answer all of my calls in a friendly and professional manner, schedule new leads, use my intake form that is synched with my CRM to save me time and track leads, offer a killer online chat service (that clients LOVE) and more. I wish I would have hired them sooner but better late than never.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing yet. They are so responsive when I have questions or want to update my account. With great customer service, it’s hard to complain.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Smith offers everything I need from answering service, to making outbound calls, scheduling, online chat services and more.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Colleagues and clients no longer complain that I have an ‘answering service.’ My past service at times would hang up on leads or take down wrong phone numbers, misspell names or get emails wrong. Smith is professional with every call, sticks to my script, syncs with my CRM and hasn’t made any mistakes with leads/follow up.
