PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am an immigration lawyer at my own boutique law firm -- it is a waste of time and phone for me to man the phones. It also doesn't make sense for me to hire a receptionist or admin to handle them. Smith.ai bridges that gap seamlessly. They do an incredible job and I don't worry about my phones. I believe in the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid) and Smith.ai does that with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any complaints. I think there could be more smart suggestions on how to use the whitelist or call routing features with greater sophistication.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I can't think of any!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Handling the phones consistently, professionally and accurately - smith.ai has never made an error in a message. The messages I receive from the receptionists are always perfect.
