What are the best aspects of this product?
Simply phenomenal cost to benefit ratio. My clients repeatedly tell me how compassionate, understanding, helpful and professional Smith receptionists are. I am a solo practitioner, and Smith allows me to focus on the work knowing my incoming calls are being handled properly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really can't think of any. If there is ever any issue, you just email them and a team member sorts it out for you in a timely manner. There is no online dashboard to deal with, just friendly people who get you set up and running quickly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I expect my tools to perform well and I'm always thinking of ways they could be improved, but honestly my biggest hope is that Smith does *not* change!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Smith allows me to operate a one-person business simply and profitably and with the knowledge that potential clients calling in have a positive first impression.
